This section is designed to help you understand my commitment to you as a Luxury Property Specialist.  The REALTOR® designation means that I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and act according to a specific code of ethics, which guarantees an optimum level of service.  

When selecting a REALTOR® I'm sure you'll agree that extensive knowledge of the community, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service are all very important  elements.

For sellers I commit myself to helping you sell your home or property in a timely fashion, while helping you attain the most amount of money in the shortest period of time.  If you are interested in receiving a free home valuation I would appreciate the opportunity to prepare one for you, along with a comprehensive marketing analysis designed to demonstrate exactly how I plan to sell your property.

For buyers looking for luxury properties or other real estate opportunities I will work to find your ideal property.  From free access to search almost all Atlanta area homes, to the ability to complete the Dream Home Finder form you're assured access to all the tools you need.  Once we've narrowed down what you are looking for we will begin the showing process so you can get a closer look at the homes that may fit your needs & wants.  Finally, I help negotiate the best possible deals for my clients and work to give you confidence that you made the right decision.
